They quickly discovered a unique synergy: Michael navigated the chaotic waters at high speeds as the racer, while Brian masterminded the shoreline logistics. Their combined efforts culminated into multiple victories from the early 1990’s to retirement in 2003 with a 1st place overall in US Nationals.

Brian followed his passion for the sea, earning his Captain’s license and building a flawless, highly respected nautical career. Hands-Free Operations: An integrated ElevenLabs voice-dispatch endpoint allows captains and operators to intake orders and announce queue statuses safely via audio while at the helm.
Operational Safety Guardrails: The platform automatically suppresses duplicate active requests, enforces privacy-shielded queue visibility so peers remain anonymous, and mandates that environmental condition indicators only display green when active marine advisories are cleared.

Captain Brian J. Bouchard brings over three decades of hands-on maritime command to ezPUMPOUT. Holding a 200/500 Ton USCG Master License, Brian has helmed luxury yachts up to 143 feet, including the M/Y Octopussy and M/Y NorAl, managing everything from crew logistics to complex vessel engineering.
It was during these thousands of hours on the water that Brian experienced firsthand the frustrating, outdated methods of marine waste management. Recognizing a critical lack of automation in harbor pump-out services, he experienced a flash of inspiration: a vision for a modernized, digital dispatch solution that could eliminate dockside friction.
While Brian possessed the deep industry insight and the core idea to solve this maritime bottleneck, he knew he lacked the software engineering background to build it. To bring the vision to life, he partnered with his brother, Sir Michael L. Bouchard, creating a perfect synergy between decades of nautical expertise and advanced technical architecture.
